To ophthalmologists having completed their basic training, and are either board certified or eligible, we offer the opportunity of further training in retina and ocular inflammation through a clinical fellowship. The purpose of the clinical fellowship is to train the candidate in more advanced diagnosis and treatment strategies in medical/surgical retina and ocular inflammation.

We have at our disposal a state of the art investigational platform under constant evaluation in our patients. Beta software and diagnostic devices under development are regularly tested.

The fellow will be required to write one or more articles to be published in the scientific peer reviewed journals  and conduct one or more studies that can be clinical or experimental in nature. The choice will depend on the interest, ability and motivation of the candidate.

The fellowship is generally for a period of 1 to 2 years. It is important that the fellow obtain a scholarship to finance the fellowship, particularly the first year. Time will be made available to complete the studies required in the context of the award.
